Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply in addition to our Terms of Use whenever you buy paid features on the Service operated by SlavicToon, Steliou Ioannou, Strovolos, 2032 Nicosia (Lefkosia), Cyprus (“SlavicToon”, “we”, “us”). At the moment all content on https://slavictoon.com is free; these terms describe how paid features will work once they are introduced.
1. Paid features
Paid features may include subscriptions that unlock content or features for a period of time, and virtual coins used to unlock individual episodes early or permanently. The price, content included and billing period will be shown clearly before you pay.
2. Payment and renewal
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers or app stores. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will tell you in advance about any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time in your account settings (or in the app store you used to subscribe). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
4. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK consumers)
You have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services. By asking us to start providing the digital content immediately (for example, unlocking an episode or activating a subscription) you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the content already supplied. Where the right still applies, contact [email protected] to exercise it.
5. Virtual coins
Coins have no monetary value outside the Service, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or resold, and may expire if stated at purchase. Unlocked episodes remain available to you for as long as the Service and the title remain available, subject to licensing changes.
6. Refunds
Except where required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If you were charged in error or could not access content you paid for, contact [email protected] and we will put it right.
7. Content availability
The catalogue changes over time. Titles may be added or removed, for example when licences end. We will not reduce the main features of an active subscription during a paid period without offering a fair remedy.
