Moderation Policy

1. Content we publish

Comics on the Service are published by SlavicToon or by creators and licensors we work with. Every title is reviewed before publication and labelled by genre. We do not publish content that sexualises minors, promotes terrorism or violence against people, or is otherwise illegal.

2. Rules for user content

When comments and other user features are available, you must not post:

• illegal content, including content that infringes copyright;
• hate speech, threats, harassment or bullying;
• sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate content;
• spam, scams, malware or advertising;
• other people’s personal data, or spoilers without a spoiler warning.

3. How to report

Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or breaks our rules by emailing [email protected] with the link to the content and an explanation of the problem. Copyright holders should also include the details listed in section 7 of our Terms of Use. You do not need an account to report.

4. What we do

We review reports promptly and without undue delay. Depending on the case we may remove or restrict content, issue a warning, or suspend or terminate an account. Content that is illegal is removed; serious crimes may be reported to the competent authorities. We will tell the person who reported, and the person affected, about our decision and the reasons for it.

5. Appeals

If you disagree with a moderation decision, reply to our notice or email [email protected] within six months. A different member of our team will review the decision. You may also use an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under the DSA, or go to court.
